We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee, while missed appointments without notice are charged the full $150 session fee. We understand that emergencies happen and may make exceptions when appropriate.

Aerin Skibinski (LMHC) and Amanda Schafer (LMHC) can help you with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, and more. Our therapists will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.

The frequency of counseling sessions with Lighthouse Counseling of Upstate NY will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

Our primary office space is located on the second floor and we unfortunately don’t have an elevator at this time.

We are happy to discuss accommodations, including telehealth appointments or, when available, an alternate accessible office location.
