Wednesday's from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM in person in Penfield, NY.

A support group for women, age 18-35, who feel like their brains never shut off.

• Overthinking
• Anxiety
• Relationships
• Self-doubt
• Decision-making
• “Why am I like this” moments
• Learning from other people’s experiences

* A closed group of up to 12 women co-facilitated by two licensed mental health counselors. Group is ran in two, five week sessions from October 21st through December 23rd. There are two registration blocks with a $225 registration fee per block.
